GPV Lanka, a global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Daluwakotuwa, Kochchikade.

🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage assigned customer accounts profitably while ensuring customer satisfaction
✅ Build and expand customer relationships through strategic account management
✅ Lead customer account planning and collaborate with internal teams
✅ Oversee order management, quotation management, inventory, demand planning, profitability, and safety stock management
✅ Act as the primary link between customers and the organization

✔ Degree or professional qualification in Customer Service Management, Key Account Management, Marketing, or a related field
✔ Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service management or merchandising
✔ Strong communication, relationship-building, leadership, and business acumen skills
✔ Good command of English
✔ Supply Chain Management and Statistical Analysis knowledge will be an added advantage
