Job requirements
🎯 What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Business, or Marketing; Master’s/MBA preferred
Certifications like CPSL, PMP, or Six Sigma are a plus
7+ years of experience in a similar field
Deep knowledge of PCB assembly, IoT products, and semiconductor manufacturing
Track record in solution selling and strategic account growth
Strong analytical mindset with experience in ROI measurement and CRM/ERP tools
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
