Job requirements

🎯 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Business, or Marketing; Master’s/MBA preferred

  • Certifications like CPSL, PMP, or Six Sigma are a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar field

  • Deep knowledge of PCB assembly, IoT products, and semiconductor manufacturing

  • Track record in solution selling and strategic account growth

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in ROI measurement and CRM/ERP tools

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
