In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across Production, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse functions while driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, digital transformation, and high-performance leadership.

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
✔ Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Production Planning, and Operational Excellence.
✔ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver business results.
✔ Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is a distinct advantage.
