Position: Junior Account Manager

As a Junior Account Manager, you will support the management of customer accounts by ensuring excellent customer service, seamless coordination, and timely fulfillment of customer requirements. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and deliver outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Order Management

  • Assist in Quotation Management

  • Coordinate Demand Planning & S&OP Activities

  • Support Safety Stock and Inventory Management

  • Monitor customer requirements and coordinate with relevant departments

  • Maintain effective communication with customers regarding orders and updates

  • Ensure customer expectations are met professionally and on time

  • Support business needs beyond regular working hours when required

Job requirements

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Customer Service Management, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

  • Strong command of English

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, merchandising, or a related field (preferred)

  • Professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage

  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively across teams

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a global organization
