Junior Import - Export Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Import-Export Executive to join our dynamic operations team in Sri Lanka.

If you have a strong eye for logistics documentation, a Custom House Agent (CHA) Certificate, and a passion for international trade compliance, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle CUSDEC processing for import and export documentation.

• Manage Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Delivery Orders (DO), and cargo manifests.

• Coordinate BOI approvals, import control licenses, and Certificates of Origin (COO).

• Process Temporary Import for Export Processing (TIEP), temporary imports, and re-export procedures.

• A valid Custom House Agent (CHA) Certificate.

• Solid knowledge of Sri Lanka Customs procedures, BOI regulations, and duty/tax calculations.

• Proficiency in ASYCUDA World, online customs portals, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to keep our supply chain moving seamlessly.
