🚀 Join Our Team – Junior Material Compliance Process Analyst
Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in material compliance, sustainability, chemical regulations, and data analysis?
We are looking for a Junior Material Compliance Process Analyst to support our Material Chemical Compliance function and work with teams across the HydraSpecma Group.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct material and chemical compliance activities and respond to customer requirements within agreed timelines.
• Process and maintain compliance data related to REACH, RoHS, POPs, SCIP, TSCA (PiP 3.1), Prop 65 and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and validate required material compliance information.
• Gather and analyze compliance data using sources such as databases, supplier websites, email and Silicon Expert.
• Support SCIP reporting for EU sites.
• Prepare and consolidate CMRT, EMRT and AMRT templates.
• Maintain internal chemical compliance portals, databases, working templates and timing sheets.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Purchasing and other internal teams on material compliance matters.
• Maintain compliance statements, archives and manufacturer information for manufactured and purchased items.
• Support the preparation and updating of SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Participate in training and conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Prepare monthly compliance and timing summaries.

Job requirements
• G.C.E. (A/L), preferably in the Science stream.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and database handling.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with SPC tools.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of chemical compliance and material compositions.
• Certificate course or knowledge in Material Science, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
