Key Responsibilities

• Support the New Product Industrialization (NPI) process from planning to implementation
• Evaluate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to ensure efficient production processes
• Assist in defining manufacturing process flows with focus on safety and ergonomics
• Establish process routing, resources, and cycle times within ERP systems
• Develop visual aids and manufacturing work instructions
• Support sample builds and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)
• Assist with Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
• Maintain effective technical communication with customers and internal teams
• Review PCB Gerber data and coordinate stencil ordering with fabrication partners
• Assist in designing and releasing tools, jigs, and manufacturing aids
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and manufacturing innovation

✔ BSc in Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
✔ 1 year experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment (preferred)
✔ Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes

Added Advantages

• Knowledge of ERP systems, robotics, automation, programming, or 3D simulation
• Exposure to PCB manufacturing or Gerber data
• German language proficiency
