Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)

GPV Lanka is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NPI Assistant to support our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This role is ideal for a proactive team player who is eager to grow technical knowledge while working closely with experienced professionals in a global EMS environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall support to the NPI Engineer during new product industrialization

• Update and maintain product-related documentation as required

• Follow up on open actions and ensure timely closure

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to new product development

• Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve NPI objectives

• G.C.E. Advanced Level

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

• Fluency in English language

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well organized

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a positive team-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of ERP / SAP systems

• Exposure to technical or manufacturing environments
