🔧 Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the New Product Industrialization (NPI) process from planning to execution
• Evaluate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to ensure efficient production
• Define optimal manufacturing process flows ensuring safety and ergonomics
• Manage process routing, resources, and cycle time updates within ERP systems
• Develop visual aids and work instructions to standardize production
• Support sample builds and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and propose improvements through ECRs
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams during product implementation
• Design and develop tools, jigs, and manufacturing aids to optimize production
• Drive automation and manufacturing innovation initiatives

✔ BSc in Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment
✔ Technical knowledge related to manufacturing engineering processes

Added Advantages

• Experience with ERP systems, robotics, automation, programming, or 3D simulation
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing or Gerber data
• German language proficiency
