1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent qualification)

2. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a production/manufacturing environment

3. Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control methods

4. Hands-on experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

5. Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software

6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

7. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

8. Strong communication skills in English
