GPV Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a Project BOM Costing Manager to lead our sourcing and costing operations for customer projects.

In this key leadership role, you will:
💼 Drive BOM costing accuracy and competitiveness for new and existing projects
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, cost-effective solutions
📊 Develop supplier strategies and negotiate for best total cost of ownership
🚀 Lead and mentor the Sourcing & BOM Costing team to achieve departmental KPIs

✅ Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or BOM costing
✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
✅ Experience in ERP systems and excellent command of English
