GPV Lanka is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our team on a 01-year fixed-term contract basis. This role will support procurement activities related to our Finland plant operations while being based in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support procurement requirements related to Finland plant operations.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure material availability and production continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in procurement or purchasing will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
