🚀 We’re Hiring: Sourcing & BOM Costing Executive

Join us as a Sourcing & BOM Costing Executive, you will play a key role in securing competitive material sourcing and delivering accurate, cost-effective quotations to customers. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to drive supply chain efficiency and performance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Identify and select the most competitive suppliers to meet customer requirements

• Ensure timely and accurate BOM costing

• Drive cost optimization through savings and logistics efficiency

• Support purchasing teams in resolving price deviations

• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve KPIs

• Lead supplier negotiations and contribute to supplier development

• Diploma in Purchasing & Materials Management (ISMM or equivalent)

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role

• ERP system knowledge with strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities

• A strong team player
