🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials while maintaining optimum inventory levels

• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to drive supply chain KPIs

• Manage purchase requisitions/orders and resolve invoice or receipt issues

• Handle Non-Conformity Reports (NCR), customs issues, and support machine breakdown troubleshooting

• Maintain procurement data accuracy and contribute to process improvement

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing & Materials Management or equivalent qualification.

2. Having an Electronics Engineering exposure is an added advantage.

3. 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.

4. Data Analytical Skill is mandatory

5. Behaves as an individual who has good or extensive experience and sound knowledge in procurement practice & focus on policy compliance.

6. Purchasing and/or Commodity analytics experience preferred.

7. English language skills, written and spoken.

8. Experience with ERP system, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are mandatory.

9. Attention to data integrity, data quality, and high productivity.

10. Proactive thinking and problem solving.

11. Excellent communication and organizational skills
